The class addressed the different types of Loss
Mitigation, with Short Sales being only one option.
Weather we have Buyers or Sellers we are representing,
there are a number of things that can be to ensure the
Short Sale will go through or if we should walk away
from the deal. We need to make sure before we take on a
Short Sale that they are a candidate for a Short Sale…
not Loan Modification, Not Bankruptcy or a Foreclosure.
